Shipping Information

As you might imagine, shipping a 5 ft tall dog toy around the USA can be a little challenging!  The only way to get the package to you in a reasonable amount of time and still keep our costs down is to use a program called FedEx SmartPost, which is a partnership between FedEx and the Post Office.  FedEx picks it up from us and does the part they are really good at (shipping long distances quickly) and drops it off in your city/region to your post office, who then does what they do well (quickly and efficiently deliver packages to your house).  So when you get a tracking number from us (which you will as soon as your order ships), that same tracking number works on both and, just for different parts of your Tether Tug’s trip!

If you order just a replacement toy, those will ship USPS first class mail, and wholesale or business orders ship FedEx Ground.

Shipping to Canada is done via USPS International Priority and costs between $30-40 dollars. Unfortunately, as of now we do not ship outside of the US and Canada.

Where do you ship?


We will begin shipping to Australia in April 2017.  Please watch our facebook page or check our website for notifications about this. 


We currently DO ship to Canada from our website.  However, to ensure you are getting the cheapest shipping possible we recommend checking with our Canadian distributor, Pet Science Ltd, as they might be able to direct you to a retailer close to you.


We currently DO NOT ship to the UK from our website, but we have a UK distributor, Canine Concepts, that will be able to ship to you. Please contact them directly for more information.

Return Information

We understand that from time to time circumstances arise that a customer did not forsee and a return needs to be requested.  If you need to request a return, please email us at so we can begin the RMA process and confirm the current status of the toy.  See below for what qualifies as a returnable item.

What qualifies as a return?

Please email to begin the return process.  In order to qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition
  • Product must have been purchased from
    • If purchased through another vendor, returns must be requested through that vendor, as we have no way to refund your purchase.
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the toy
  • Customer agrees to pay for return shipping
